Keyport Sewing Classes
Take a class at our NEW location 59 West Front St. Keyport (just steps away from the Bulk Head)
March Classes Keyport
saturdays:
9:30-10:30 - kids knitting ages 7-10 - learn the basic steps of knitting, receive your own knitting needles and yarn!
10:45- 11:45 sew simple ages 7-10 This class is great for the younger sewers. monthly projects include hand sewing machine sewing, pinning and fabric cutting. Kids will learn to sew on a button, trimmings, and appliques while creating a fun project.
12:00-12:30 Sew Much Fun grades 6-8 learn the fundamentals of sewing and take it one step farther to learn the building blocks to textile design.
1:00- 2:00 Sewing Art- ages 7 and up. using pieces of fabric, ribbon, fringe, buttons, and what ever we can get our hands on to sew together small works of art. Crafty Katie will take you from idea to a work of art that you can be truly proud of!
2:00-3:00 Sew Holidays- Adults only- be the envy of all your friends! create holiday inspired crafts for you or your home with ease!
3:30-4:30 batik - learn the art of batiking , create your own hot wax painted fabric wall hanging. this class is messy with fabric dye and wax wear old clothes!! ages 15 and up.
